Under Sell, Product Studio is where you set what shoppers see in your storefront, including photos, price, availability, and the story behind each item.
Product Studio table guide
Column header meanings
Quick reference for listing table columns.
Listing: Product name.
Status: Whether the listing is active or archived.
Run: Whether the listing is linked to a sales window.
Price: Customer facing price.
Actions: Edit and more actions menu.
Max: Available units from stock, shown in extended views.
Next run: Next scheduled run, shown in extended views.
Fulfill: Pickup, delivery, and shipping methods, shown in extended views.
Action icon legend
These icons represent what fulfillment options are available for that listing / product.
Pickup: Customers can pick up this listing.
Delivery: Customers can get local delivery.
Shipping: Customers can get this shipped.
Edit listing: Open the listing editor.
More actions: Open duplicate, run assignment, fulfillment, and delete actions.
Tips & tutorials
Lead with truth in the hero
The first image and first sentence should answer what it is, how much, and when someone can expect it.
Keep catalog fields aligned with inventory
When stock or pack size changes, update the listing so promises, picks, and refunds stay in sync.
Publish in stages when you are unsure
Drafts let you collect internal feedback, then publish when pricing, allergens, and lead times are final.
