Operations Center
The operations center is your space to see specific details about your operation. The goal is that you can get a read on how your business is performing in 5 minutes or less, on average.
What you see here
Quick order lookup
This is your tool to quickly reference orders. Type a name, phone number, or order number and it will take you to that order on the order page.
Status snapshot strip
This is a high level view of your operation. It is mainly focusing on what is up today as well as deviations in operations.
Quick actions bar
The row under the snapshot lists shortcuts such as Orders, Production, Labels, Shelf, Inventory, Promotions, and Contact Book in one horizontal strip so common jumps stay visible.
Today's work and your schedule
Combined, this is where you can see what is going on today and what you need to tend to. The calendar shows you events, markets, sales windows, and you can highlight things on certain days. This is your calendar to use.

Read the snapshot first, then Today’s work and your schedule, then production queue and fulfillment handoffs. That order follows how urgency flows from account health down into tasks.

Each link should take you to that respective page. If you did not land where you intended, use the breadcrumbs on the upper left or the navigation panel on the header.
