Sellable stock
Sellable stock is the shelf view for finished goods that are ready to sell: packaged, labeled, and counted for retail or pickup. It is separate from Inventory / Ingredients, which tracks materials and inputs.
Fields and actions on Sellable stock
What counts as sellable
Only finished, ready to move lines belong here. Work in progress and raw materials stay in production and Inventory / Ingredients so this list stays a truthful picture of what could ring up today.
Add sellable stock
Use Add sellable stock when a finished product should appear on the shelf ledger for the first time or under a new configuration. Day to day quantity changes usually come from production completion or adjustments on the row instead of adding the same listing again.
Bulk actions
When you select multiple rows you can run batch steps that apply to the whole selection. Use that for seasonal pulls or when a run ends and several lines need the same status at once.
Tips & tutorials
Keep counts honest before promos
Big windows and discounts move fast. A quick pass on Sellable stock before you advertise prevents oversells and awkward substitutions at pickup.
Tie shelf to what you publish
If a listing promises a pack size or flavor, the rows here should reflect what is actually staged so the storefront and the shelf tell the same story.
Shopping lists from shelf
When you start a shopping list from Sellable stock, the app remembers that parent so breadcrumbs can bring you back to this shelf view after your purchasing run.
